excellent buying experience with the crew at Nissan! i want to give a special shout out to Steve, Amber, and Joe for working overtime to try and get me and my family the deal for college graduates, and even with my college being unresponsive, they persisted until we got an excellent deal on my beloved 2026 Nissan Sentra! we had to wait for a good bit of time at the dealership to get everything settled, but everyone was so apologetic and welcoming that we left still feeling happy and satisfied.

I first walked to see someone to who then directed me to someone. That experience I was not satisfied. So I walked out. She called me and said “Hey I want to make this right, I am sorry for you bad experience. Come back tomorrow and see Keith Wimbush the guy that greeted you.” Ok I’ll give it a try. I came back and spoke with Keith and I needed a few other things came back the next day in the rain . Test drove my 2023 Nissan Rogue which with the help of Keith named the car “Black Magic” . I want to say thank you for the smooth transition in trading my car. Keith explained everything from A-Z. Keith treats you like family and has great hospitality. So I call Faulkner my friends in Jenkingtown. I am very happy with my purchase as I shopped around and this was the lowest price with the lowest miles. I forgot the guys name upstairs who does all the financial stuff. He was pretty good too and explained everything exactly how Keith explained. So go see my friends at Faulkner Nissan in Jenkingtown you will be glad you did. PS I wish I could have taken a photo with bow. But when we left with car it was late we were last ones there. Lol

This is my 4th car I have bought from Don and Rizk. They are always there to work with you to give you the best price possible with what you have to work with. There is no bait and switch and they are upfront about everything even if it may not work in their favor. The finance manager Lou is amazing also so a shoutout to him. I will never go to another dealership they have treated me like family since I walked in the door and family is everything. I also want to thank Alyssa for all her hard work finding me the best car on the lot that is perfect for me. When you see the pictures you'll see how amazing their vehicles are plus all the protection I was able to get to make sure l am covered no matter what!

Found this dealership while doing a wide search for a specific truck I wanted. Amber was fantastic! She found the specific vehicle I was looking for and was able to work through her contacts to get it to the dealership. I was able to work up the whole deal over the phone and provided all the appropriate paperwork before I even went to the dealership. I was in and out about an hour and on my way home with my new truck. Working with Faulkner was well worth the 4-Hour drive from Southern Maryland and saved me big over my local dealership. 100% would recommend!
