Faulkner Subaru - Harrisburg Parts Department

I had a really great experience with this dealership. I had spoken to about 12 other dealerships around the tri-state area. And Faulkner was by far the best.I have to shout out Janelle and Nikki. You have some really great team members on your staff. As a woman purchasing a car I often face a lot of discrimination and I have to say that working with other women made this such a pleasure. The professionalism, the courteousness and the respect was top-notch. I can’t imagine this being a better process in any way. I am beyond happy with my new hybrid Forester and the pictures we took in the dealership bring a smile to my face. Please give them all of the kudos.

Just bought a used Honda Accord and I can tell that the previous owners had a white dog by the clumps of hair in an around the seat belt clips. They didn't vacuum well, they didn't clean the dash they didn't even move the gear shift to clean the base that is hidden when the car is in park. I'm super disappointed and I hope and pray that their mechanics are better than their detailers. I didn't take a picture before I vacuumed the back seat, but I should have. Never again.

Bought a used legacy a couple weeks ago. Nice car, well maintained, clean carfax. Looked and ran well. Two days later one of the windows stopped working. I was out driving around when this happened. Popped in at the dealership without an appointment. I received a friendly greeting before I even opened the door. I explained the problem and the salesman got a tech to look at it right away. The sales man even gave me a meal ticket for the taco truck in the parking lot. The problem was fixed within an hour. I had pulled in all ready to be angry and confrontational; never got the opportunity to be unpleasant. I can’t say that car trouble is ever pleasant; however, this came close. Thanks.
