Faulkner Subaru Mechanicsburg

I brought my car here to get a recall done on my headlights, when I got home from them fixing it the whole front number wasn’t even connected at the fender, I’m truly disappointed with the quality of their work. later trying to at least somewhat fix they’re mistake, I opened my hood and found that my belt cover was completely broken at the mount, which if it fell off could’ve ripped my drive belt to shreds or caused it to just fly off. The sheer negligence is astounding.

buying a car is already very stressful, and this place did not make it easy. we were at this dealership for 6 hours. we waited in the service area several hours alone. they had to go off lot to get the car, then they lost the title and had to get another one. we also had to take a Lyft 45 min from the dealer to home to get our plate and back again bc they would not give us a temporary plate to leave with the car we just purchased. we also feel that for being over 100k miles, having a lot of exterior scuffs and scratches, and a hole in the driver's seat, the price was not completely fair. our purchase felt very pressured by time and necessity rather than getting a good deal. they also said they would top off all the fluids but the wiper fluid was basically empty. they also only gave us 1 key fob when there was 3 during our test drive. and to top it off, they said they would give us our carfax report complimentary of them, but when you click the link they emailed to us, you must pay to view it.

I have worked with Courtney Cordova/Gibbs for... well since I started buying Subaru cars, even when she worked in Harrisburg at Faulkner Subaru I was a customer there, I have referred my family to her and they all have bought their Subarus thru her. Every time she has made things so much easier for me and has helped me ease my anxiety of buying cars and dealing with the normal dealership sales. She works in Mechanicsburg at Faulkner Subaru now and this is my 3rd time buying a car from her and she has made this last car buying process the easiest one yet and I literally can’t tell you how much that helps a mom like me! I appreciate everything she has done to help our family get in another new car and I will continue to keep coming back to her and referring people to her specifically! Also you can never downplay the reliability of a Subaru.

We had the pleasure of working with Amr and Adam. I really enjoyed shopping at a Faulkner dealership. You can really feel the difference that comes with it being family owned. Amr was very accommodating and reliable and Adam, who did our financing and paperwork, explained everything as many times as we needed. Both were very patient and friendly. My boyfriend and I felt heard and well attended and we are very happy with both our purchase and the service we received from Faulkner Subaru.
