We recently started looking for a bigger vehicle for our growing family and reached out to Faulkner Toyota for help. He quickly found the perfect vehicle that checked every box on our list, and after seeing it in person on Friday, I completely fell in love with it. My husband and I came in Friday evening hoping we could make the numbers work, but unfortunately it seemed like the deal just wasn’t going to happen. We were disappointed, but understood. While we were waiting to go over a few more options, I unexpectedly had a medical episode and ended up being taken to the hospital. Thankfully I’m okay now, but at the time I was incredibly embarrassed and assumed the opportunity for the car had completely passed. What stood out to us the most was what happened afterward. Both Eric and Michael from financing personally followed up with me the next day, not to pressure us about a sale, but just to check on me and make sure I was okay.
