Buying our Honda from DARIN TRAN was the best experience! Fayetteville Autopark offered many choices. We appreciated the opportunity to take a car home overnight! We thought it was exactly what we wanted. However, because Darin had truly listened to our needs, he showed us the CarFax on the one we drove home and one he suggested might better meet our needs. I had a bit of a complicated situation and my salesperson Darin Tran was SO helpful and spent time explaining everything to me and showing me all my options. He was really great! I will definitely go back here again. Very transparent process, and he knew that I didn't have a lot of experience with buying cars so he made sure to explain every step to me. All car info was disclosed for each one I looked at and I felt I could make a confident decision at the end of the day. At the very end of the process, he noticed a small paint scratch on the side door of my car I was purchasing and made sure to get an appointment for me to have it touched up within the week. Totally different experience than my first car buying process, and I mean that in the best way. Darin was also so kind to my two year old and helped entertain him when he was over the whole thing.
