I had a great experience with Fayetteville CDJR, especially my salesman, Daniel Anderson. I was looking for a car for my son’s graduation, and he made the process smooth and stress-free. He showed real integrity—whenever I had a question, he responded quickly. Overall, it was a positive business experience, and we built a strong rapport right away. I did have a small hiccup with the purchase, but the sales and service teams made it right. Based on this experience, I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

WARNING to Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Chrysler Customers, especially Senior Citizens who put faith in their local dealership. Today I contacted Fayetteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for a quote on a machine coolant flush for a 3.6L Pentastar V6. I asked if their machine was working properly and a few other questions. I felt my questions were justified.The Service Department at this dealership quoted me an outrageous $400 out-of-the-door price. These fluid-exchange machines are made to cut the labor time down to under 20-30 minutes. Charging $400 for a service where a machine does all the work is absolutely absurd. Furthermore, these machines are able to extract all the old antifreeze out during “the flush” so the new coolant isn’t cross-contaminated. FYI The nationwide average for this service at dealerships is closer to $200. This price includes the replacement antifreeze that meets the proper specs for your vehicle. Protect your wallet and get your quotes at other service centers. MAYBE next time when a female senior calls and asks all the right questions, this service center may be more respectful. I was absolutely offended. Two stars is appropriate
