# Summary The service department faces significant criticism for extended wait times, poor communication, prioritization issues, and questionable repair estimates, with customers reporting months-long service delays and unresolved mechanical problems. However, the sales department has received praise for competitive pricing, flexible financing, and staff willingness to honor contractual promises, though administrative follow-up on paperwork and vehicle registration has proven problematic.
Overpromise and underdeliver. I’m honestly glad I never used them for service on my Dodge. I’ve been waiting almost three weeks to get my vehicle serviced, and whenever I call for an update, nobody seems available to help. Yet when I arrive in person, the service bays appear empty. What really frustrated me was the estimate. I was quoted nearly $12,000 for maintenance and repairs that didn’t seem to justify that price. It felt excessive and left me questioning the accuracy of the recommendations. I could go on, but overall I’m just disappointed with the experience. As a customer, I expected better communication, more transparency, and a reasonable timeline for service. Proceed with caution. Also before I came they where so busy , look At these photos
These guys are the worst. There is not enough space for this review to reveal all the BS they have put me through. Long story short, they have had my truck for about 3 months total. They failed to fix the pinion bearings in the rear end the first time, and then the second time, and now have had my truck again for over a month for the 3rd attempt. Instead of making my truck a priority because they already failed, they put my truck on the back burner and fix everybody else’s vehicle first. Even if they are currently working on my vehicle, they stop to work on a different vehicle if it comes in. All they have is excuse after excuse. By far the worst vehicle service experience I have ever had in my 41 years. If I ever get my truck back, I will never set foot on that property again, or buy a dodge. I can not express how frustrated I am enough. When I try to call and talk to a manager, they say one will call me back, but never does. The level of incompetence is amazing. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
My husband and I had a great experience at the Dodge dealership. Taylor Bennett and Jason the manager was awesome ..We brought a 2022 Ford Expedition. Great price on my trade-in. They worked with us on flexibility on our loan on what we coukd afford that was right for us. I was saddened to trade my baby(BMW) in but I got another baby that was well worth it. THANKS YOU GUYS..for the overall experience.
I traded in a vehicle on 2 November 2025. The sales representative Kese did a great job. I was informed 35 days later by USAA that they had bit received payoff on it. I contacted dealership and was told it had been paid. December comes and not paid off, contacted dealership. Had to go back in to resign all paperwork because finance had not deducted the amount of down-payment so loan paperwork has to be done. This was 6 December. I had late payment since it wasn't paid as it should have been. On 19 December I returned to dealership to be told it had been paid off. They gave me copy of FedEx document that was sent to USAA on 17 December 2025. Apparently someone isn't doing their job. This was the 4th vehicle and last vehicle I will purchase there. On 19 January I contacted dealership because I have still not received registration and transfer of plates for new vehicle. I contacted NCDMV and they recommended I file complaint with them and to also contact Attorney General. Very disappointed with Dodge of Fayetteville. Went back to get temporary tags snd said they were going to get plates transferred on 19 January 2026. Today they notified me that I had lapse in insurance because I removed trade in and added new vehicle. Now thanks to the incompetence of Dodge I now have to have my insurance send proof of insurance. Worst experience ever I have ever had. I do not recommend buying there.
Thankyou for honoring your word I needed a key made that was mentioned in my contract (Darryl) the sales associate never made that happen even though I was promised two he only gave me one. Mr. Logan Allen the sales manager made sure I got the key promised to me cut. P.S. Darryl no longer works at Dodge Ram
