I had an accident while traveling to Fayetteville for a weekend football game, and this tire and auto shop saved the day! They got me in first thing Friday morning, inspected the front end, and replaced the ball bearing and CV axle that same afternoon. What really stood out was their exceptional service. When the rental car company couldn’t pick me up for a few hours, they personally drove me to get my rental so I could get on with my day. Throughout the process, they communicated clearly, giving me updates on what they found and offering options based on the parts they had available. They even walked me through the different price points, which I really appreciated since I needed the repairs done before the weekend. On top of their quick and friendly service, they offered a nationwide warranty on their parts and service (not sure if that's all services, but great to ask), which is perfect whether you're a local or just passing through. The team worked efficiently and cleanly, getting me safely back on the road at a reasonable price. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and accommodating. Whether you're from the local community, a college student from out of state, or just traveling through Fayetteville, I would absolutely recommend them. Did a fantastic job after I came in with a check engine light for turbo overboost. Another place had quoted me $4k for a new turbo but they found a Ford service bulletin that showed it only needed a new solenoid. Got it all repaired for a 10th of the entire new turbo price and I really appreciated how they did as much as possible to make sure my car was ready the next day. Very clear communication too and happily answered all the questions I had. Thank you guys
