Purchased multiple vehicles from FCM Dallas through SmartAuction and was disappointed with the condition of the units upon arrival. In our experience, several issues were either not disclosed or not adequately reflected in the condition reports. After delivery, our dealership identified significant repair needs, including mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic concerns that resulted in thousands of dollars in reconditioning expenses. Unfortunately, by the time the vehicles arrived and were inspected, SmartAuction arbitration deadlines had expired, leaving us responsible for the repairs. Every used vehicle will require some level of reconditioning, and we understand that. Our concern is with the accuracy and completeness of the vehicle representations prior to purchase. Based on our experience, we would encourage other dealers to perform extensive due diligence and carefully review all available information before purchasing inventory from this seller.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR SMARTAUCTION LISTINGS! They buy them beat up in lane, do nothing to them, and then relist them on SA with hardly any damage. They won't show you the left side of the vehicle if that's where the giant dent is. Purposely misleading with every listing!

I'd say these guys aren't the friendliest, and a bit pushy. They will act friendly until you tell them no. After that it's all downhill.

Very unproductive, this 214 number is listed for some random guy who is extremely rude and hung up in my face. A business needs to have an automated phone system to at least find out how to contact the individuals in charge. If you’re attempting to recover you car then that is the least that needs to be provided is a professional of contact.
