We leased a 2026 Jeep Compass this weekend, that my daughter will be driving. When we arrived to the dealership we were greeted by a salesperson, Chantelle. Chantelle was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles that they sell. She found us the exact vehicle we wanted as well as getting us a good price on the lease. We had a trade in that they also gave us a very good amount on. Once we made the deal the vehicle was cleaned nicely and paperwork was ready very quickly. The dealership showroom was very nice and clean. This was our third vehicle purchase/lease at Feldman Woodhaven and would highly recommend. The service here is usually great. The person taking care of me was name Eric and he was awesome. Very personable and nice. Explained the problem with my jeep and what would be the best solution. I decided not to get the service that day. And made an appointment to get a taken care a few months from now. When I got my jeep back, I noticed a few days later, the panel where they opened it was hanging off and it was cracked.

After reaching out to her, she again made the experience as stress free as possible. Very much appreciated with all her help and effort. Four time returning customer.
