Feldman Jeep of Clarkston

I took two test drives at Feldman before deciding on my purchase. The salesman Blake was patient and kind, answering all of my many questions. He helped make it possible to get the Jeep I really wanted. The process was easy and the staff was thorough in every step of the process. They thought of things I didn’t think to ask and went over them with me. I would recommend Feldman to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you for the wonderful experience to the staff!

I contacted Feldman about how I could utilize the tire warranty I purchased when I got my car through them and Amberlee was the person who ended up helping me. I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership to date! Amberlee and I spoke on the phone and she asked for some information and said she would get back with me. She told me she was going to send me a text thread to send her pictures of my tire and mileage. She knew I lived about 40 mins from the dealership and continued communicating with me through text (which was super convenient by the way). After sending her the pictures of everything she needed she proceeded to work on getting my claim approved. She got everything approved and made me an appointment to come in the next day to have the new tire put on. I pulled up and she made me comfortable in the waiting room and I was in and out in a little less than an hour. I will absolutely do business here again when I need a new car because of her awesome service! Thank you Amberlee!!

Was a repeat customer at Feldman but never again. My lease was up and I was considering buying out the lease on my Cherokee. Sales guy Blake told me he could get a better deal for me if I leased a new vehicle instead. By the afternoon his story changed and said leasing a new car would cost more. I went ahead and bought out the lease. I trusted Blake as I had worked with him in the past. (I take responsibility for not looking up the Blue Book price, that was on me). Come to find out, the car was $10,000 under water! When I called Blake to discuss this, he said he didn't know and he never looks up the value/Blue Book price of cars! What!?! That makes zero sense. What do these sales guy do all day?? It is YOUR job to know the value of cars. Will never buy from them again or use their service department. Total joke.

Amberlee was wonderful. She was able to get my car in and out of service so quick order the part I needed so quickly it was the best service I’ve ever had. I really appreciate the time she took to understand my issue. I’ll be back for sure if I need any other service.

I was trying to purchase a vehicle asap for my growing family they never stayed in contact with me or answer/returned my calls complete waste of time Szott ford in holly much better service found the exact vehicle i needed and they got me the monthly payment for cheaper then what this place was throwing at me as well as i got it done and purchased same day within 3 hours highly reccomend
