Be very careful with this company! I took my Chrysler Pacifica in for service for a couple different things. They had my vehicle for a total of 11 days. I get the call that my car is finally ready to be picked up and everything was fixed, we live 35mins from this location but it was the only dealership available to take it to. So i drive back to get my van, I pay what’s due and was told to wait and they’d bring it up to me. So I'm waiting a while when all of sudden the girl comes back and said she has no clue what’s going on that the car won’t start, turn over or anything. That’s when they tell me my battery is blown and I’d need to buy a new one from them and that they could install it for me! I had no issues at all with my battery before I brought my van in to get worked on so there shouldn’t be anything wrong with it! I asked to speak to a manager and was brought to talk to santos rivera who was absolutely no help at all and ended up getting into a confrontation with him! They blew my battery and offered no help except to buy a new one from them! So I ended up bringing it back to the place I bought it from originally and they told me that after checking my battery that it was drained and nothing was wrong with the battery itself so now I’m having it recharged. Beware these ppl are scamming their customers!!!!! The mechanic said they did this on purpose so they could try to hit us with another bill. Santos need to be fired for his unprofessionalism and absolute disregard for the way his company handles things done in their care! I’m definitely contacting BBB

We were in Florida on vacation in my 19 Ram 2500 and on the way back my truck went into regen which is normal then check engine light comes on saying see dealer so we end up here turns out the dpf system needed replacing it cost $6700 but Ram extended the warranty on it so I ended up paying $103 praise God they got me in and out in about 5 hours with no problem. Anthony in service is the best he kept us updated sent for parts really took special care of us thank you. Highly recommend 👌🏿
