Ferman MINI of Tampa Bay

If you are in the market for a Mini…Ferman is the place to go! You are given a red carpet experience as soon as you walk in (they actually have a red carpet). I had gone to another Mini dealership a little closer to my house and walked around for about 15 minutes and no one even greeted me. I walked into Ferman and EVERYONE stopped what they were doing and said hi, asked if I wanted something to drink or eat. I finally met Tim (the guy with the British flag sunglasses) and he was amazing. He and Santos (the sales manager) did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable while making my decision. There was absolutely no pressure at all!! I went back today to make my purchase and I was greeted like family this time…hugs all around! We made the deal and Joe, the business manager made sure we had all of the extra warrantees we needed…again…no pressure at all! After all of the papers were signed, I met Zach, who helped me learn about all of the bells and whistles on my new car. I would recommend Ferman to everyone I meet! Like I said, they treat you like family with a no pressure sales approach! They are my go to dealership from now on! Make sure you ask for Tim when you go in! He was the nicest, most sincere car salesman I have ever met! I couldn’t be happier!!

Thankfully, the salesman Ryan George just so happens to be my brothers neighbor and when I mentioned to my sister-in-law that I have and more recently been very interested in obtaining a Mini Cooper at which time she informed me that her neighbor sells them and she gave me his card. A couple weeks past by and when I had the time in my schedule I stopped by your dealership to take a look. I was delighted to see a large amount of minis in a grand assortment of stunning colors and it only carpeted the desire to have one in my driveway. Dallas I gone that Ryan would be in early and as usual he was. During the wait of his arrival Dallas went to acquire the keys if a clubman I was a little interested in. As I'm looking around the vehicle and approaching the back Dallas clicked the back door on the key fob and it seemed as if this very car had chosen me in a strange way. Later that day I called Ryan asking what I needed to do to get into it. He said he'd drive it home that night so I could meet him at my brothers and take it for a test ride. I brought my wife with me and Ryan took us for a ride. Allowed me to take it for a ride all doing explaining some wonderful but scary features to me because o the futuristic technology. I net Ryan at the dealership that Friday and we sat on the car where I received more information of what this vehicles capabilities are and I signed the papers took it home and now I am a proud owner of a Mini cooper. Woohoo

Highly recommend, everyone was so helpful, patient, and kind. Tim worked with me for as long as it took to make sense for our family, without pressuring me or making me fit any kind of timeline other than my own family/our timeline. Santos in financial was helpful too, actually everyone I talked to on both sides of the dealership (MINI and BMW) were awesome. Definitely my best experience with any car dealership. To describe them as patient says it all, most car sales people just pressure you for the sale, the did NOT. They truly wanted me to be happy whether it was buying from them or not, whether it was today or in a year. I love that. Thanks everyone!
