Fernelius Toyota

I just bought a 2022 Toyota from Fernelius after visiting three other car dealers nearby. Fernelius gets 5 stars in all categories - and the whole experience was as stress-free as possible. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowlegeable, and gave complete, straight forward answers to my questions. And - if they didn't know the answer, they said so, and found someone who did, or got back to me. The vehicle I wanted was already priced below comparable ones online, so I did not haggle - instead, I asked for some add-ons. I need a really dependable vehicle that can deal with Michigan winters, pull a travel trailer with ease, haul wood for heating, haul wood for my kiln (4 full cords per firing; sourced by me), haul clay and supplies, and get me, my dog Oakley, my work, and my booth setup to art fairs as far away as Colorado. And - has support from the folks at the dealership. I live alone in a very rural area. My road is last to get plowed, and, I ain't gettin' any younger! After the ice storm, the winter we just had, and the flooding this spring... I was ready to chuck my whole enterprise and move to Belize!!! Instead, I bought a Toyota Highlander from Fernelius. (Still hope to get to Belize someday... but this will do for now!) ;-)

Sally, Tom, and Cole took amazing care of me! Sally was very honest from the get go and helped a lot with my car buying jitters and she helped me pick the perfect car for me. Once I was done with her, Cole was very thorough in explaining what was going into my payments and what add ononss would be beneficial, but also affordable. Both checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was confident in my choices. When there was an issue with my credit check (on the bureau's side) Tom got everything sorted quickly and with no fuss. Everyone there seems genuinely happy and I'll definitely come back to buy my next car!
