(I do not post reviews very often, but having lived in the Kootenays for most of my life, I feel it’s important to share when exceptional service is received. There was no financial or other incentive for writing this review—only a genuine desire to acknowledge an outstanding experience.) I had an exceptional experience with Fernie Chrysler from start to finish. They helped me find the perfect vehicle and were transparent, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to work with throughout the entire process. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a difficult customer. I know exactly what I’m looking for, I do extensive research, and I spend months exploring options at multiple dealerships. My priorities were clear: strong value for the cost, complete transparency with pricing, and high-quality, trustworthy staff. Fernie Chrysler exceeded my expectations in every one of those areas. What truly sets them apart is their team-based, non-commissioned approach. Rather than feeling pressured or “sold to,” I felt supported. The staff work collaboratively and clearly focus on doing what’s best for the customer, going above and beyond to make the experience positive and stress-free. The service here is top notch! Not a typical dealership, they are very helpful and positive, and there is no pressure, exactly the way it should be! It's easy to get positive reviews when everything goes right but it's far more valuable to get positive reviews when things don't go right After purchasing a used vehicle from Fernie Chrysler we ran into an unexpected issue with the vehicle, but Troy and his team were absolutely fantastic. "we got you" Is what they said and what they did. And to be clear, this was no small issue. This was something that was significant and Troy was a man of The dealerships reputation is rock solid with us. When we had a concern, there was no hesitation from Troy and his team. They acted quickly And made sure we were looked after Not only did they supply us with a courtesy vehicle But how they stood behind the vehicle they sold us was exceptional. And this was with no extended warranty. I highly suggest you meet with Troy and his team. Excellent customer service! The sales manager Troy will try his very best to get you the best deal possible! They are very responsive through the sales process..
