Ferrari Dallas

My flight was cancelled and I was stuck in Dallas, so I made the best of it and took an Uber to Ferrari of Dallas, where I was welcomed and invited to look around and take pictures. I spent the afternoon studying the beautiful Ferraris and taking photos of them. I was even gifted a Ferrari keychain! Thank you for the hospitality!

I am not a direct customer of this showroom, but I admire and appreciate the Ferrari brand. I visited this location spontaneously to look around and take some photos, and was greeted by a very welcoming and friendly staff. In particular, Chaz was very inviting and professional. He offered insight into some of the models on display, and encouraged me to take photos and enjoy my time spent on the property.

Reid sold me a McLaren 650S Spider, and after nearly a year with the car, I can confidently say that I had a top notch experience with Ferrari Dallas. I’m blown away by the quality of the car. It’s clear that they maintain a high standard for their inventory and that has paid off throughout my issue-free ownership, where people constantly compliment how clean of an example I have. On top of that, the sales process was painless and straightforward. I traded in an old Ferrari and Reid ensured that process was surprise-free. He represented the McLaren accurately (it was honestly nicer than I expected) and worked with me to negotiate a good deal. I would do business here again.

Good luck getting anybody on the phone. I called multiple times (well within business hours) and could not get anybody to pick up. Finally, I left a message on their chat on their website for someone to call me. I got a call from someone in sales who told me to call the same number I had been calling back, to which I still did not get an answer. He passed the information of me trying to call onto somebody else, who after a little while called me back. At no point during the call did he apologize for them not answering the phone. When I express to him that I would no longer use Boardwalk Ferrari due to the lack of customer service, he seemed completely disinterested. I own a Ferrari Portofino and a Maserati GranTurismo, both of which I will never be taking back to this dealership nor will I ever purchase cars from this dealership in the future. If you can’t do the very first thing and answer the phone, how can you be trusted to do anything else? Absolutely astonished that this place called itself Ferrari.
