The venue itself is stunning, modern, and impeccably designed, providing the perfect space for a photo booth. The Ferrari Vancouver team was professional, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They made our setup process smooth and effortless, which allowed everything to run seamlessly throughout the event. The guests had an amazing time, the energy in the space was fantastic, and the photos turned out absolutely beautiful. Thank you to the Ferrari Vancouver team for having us and for helping create such a memorable and successful event. We truly enjoyed collaborating with you and would be happy to work together again in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by just to look around and admire the cars. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and welcoming, even though I wasn’t there to purchase anything. No pressure at all—just a great atmosphere and an impressive showroom. Definitely worth checking out.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a vehicle from Ferrari of Vancouver and paid full asking price, expecting a smooth and professional transaction. Unfortunately, the car arrived missing basic items that should absolutely be included — no service documents, no books, and no spare key. On top of that, one of the headlights was burnt out upon delivery. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of follow-up. I’ve reached out multiple times, politely asking for help and resolution, and have received no response. At this level, and especially with a brand like Ferrari, I expected far better attention to detail and customer service. At this point, I feel completely ignored after the sale was completed. Very disappointing experience overall.

Interesting interaction with the blonde woman running the ‘private event’. No need to be rude, we are a family who visits many luxury car brands. Like my father told me as a young man, be kind, as you never know who you might be speaking to.

James is the epitome of high end service, he is truly an expert in his field. He is everything I expect and much more at a Ferrari Store.
