I was looking for a new Grand Highlander Hybrid so I went to Festing and they said no problem we'll have one for you in six to eight months. Or we have a low mileage used 2024 on the lot ready to go. So I loaded up on the longest furthest extended warranty as well as the paint/rust program. It's a little bit bigger than a Ford Explorer and filled with electronics and computers and electric motors. The guy I dealt with, Mike, knew it all and we quickly struck a deal. It seems to be a very nice car and I'm pleased with it.

Many thanks to Festing Toyota and particularly to the service manager Shilo. I had hit a pot hole on a local road (wow, they’re particularly bad this year) which had loosened a bolt connecting the spring/shock of one of the the rear wheels of my Volkswagen. Things were getting very bad, very quickly and I was not even sure that I could get my car back to my house. I pulled into to the Toyota dealership in desperation (I had never visited before) and Shilo, despite having loads of winter tires to install, immediately had a quick look and fixed it right away saving me enormous difficulty (I had to drive south that day and work the next). Extremely grateful for the help - the car was quickly becoming undriveable - thank you!
