FIAT of Strongsville

Came in to Look at a Fiat Abarth to add to my collection and left in a Alfa Romeo Stelvio Intensa. Rob and James were extremely accommodating and patient. Looking forward to working with the Alfa Romeo of Strongsville team for many years.

One of the worst dealerships, I was better off going to Firestone, liars, Careless and doesn’t know their product, I was guaranteed that my vehicle will be repaired while honoring my warranty, however over a month prior to taking my vehicle in, I was told that my vehicle will be serviced over 30 days due to the dealership being backed up and with that being the case, they are aware that will put me over my 50k, but because I called in with it under 50 it will be honored, I was told this by ( Mike, Steve and Kelly) on 3 different occasions. My initial appointment, they tell me nothing is wrong, I pull off 5 mins later with a recording of the issue, they then reschedule me two weeks out, putting me much more over 50k, I arrive at my appointment with a loaner provided to drive 45 mins away to receive a call that it will not be honored, this time i’m speaking with Jim, I explain to him what I was promised, to hear him tell me that there has been a system change 2 months prior to my initial appointment, which means they all provided false information. At this point I would take my chances driving to Cincinnati.

The General Manager Joe Peck is a absolute perfectionist and made me feel like family, always makes me feel like his only customer. If you're looking for a high-end vehicle he will make your experience flawless. Great staff!

Everyone at the dealership was fantastic, communication was top notch in text, email and in person. Paperwork was a breeze. I cannot thank everyone there enough for doing everything they could to secure me financing. Thank you all again!
