I just bought a 2017 Ram here and Owen Cooper was great. I had a slight issue with the truck and he was super quick to respond and friendly. He made sure it was taken care of right away. Wonderful experience.

My experience with this dealer was terrible. Talked to a salesman to purchase a used 2021 ram 3500. Salesman’s said only had a few chips on bed side. He sent me a photo I was ok with. Drove 12 hours straight through the night to get there from Maryland only to arrive to the 54,000$ truck to be covered in rock chips over the whole truck, along with chips in the windshield. Tailgate dented and paint peeling off on edges. I thought I was reasonable when I asked for 1,500$ off for paint repair. Turns out they don’t think so. So now renting a car and driving back to Maryland without a truck. I travel all over to buy trucks and by far the worse dealer description of a truck yet, not to mention the salesman when you walk in the second office on the left was a complete ignorant guy. Very disappointed in this “family owned dealer” Thanks for wasting my time away from my family
