What a great dealership! Had a BLT made by chef in courtesy cafe and looked at cars while my purchase was being prepared. Kevin was excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. A block off the interstate and easy to access. Highly recommend Fields Cadillac Jacksonville Florida.

My service experience with Fields Cadillac was great, even with an initial but small glitch that required a return, the overall outcome was excellent. Kudos to my service Rep., John, who was on top of things from start to finish. I did not have to suffer through long waiting periods For updates or progress reports. The work was started and completed in a timely fashion. Also, I can’t close without honorable mention of my courtesy driver who saw that I had a ride back-and-forth. Thanks a million for the camaraderie, Bobby - you are a vital part of what makes it work! God bless!

This was my first service encounter with Steven, service advisor, after being a Fields customer for approximately 3.5 years. My previous experiences with service advisors such as JR and Mary have consistently been positive. They were attentive, requested photos and videos when needed, and communicated updates promptly. During my recent visit, I attempted to explain the ongoing issues with our Escalade to Steven. I felt that my concerns were not fully acknowledged, as several problems I described, which was supported by photos and videos, were not included in the initial service summary. He was very dismissive, indifferent, not really paying attention to me, I honestly felt like it was because I was a female. It ultimately took my husband speaking with the service manager to ensure that all concerns were reviewed. Fields did provide a loaner vehicle, which was appreciated. However, it was an electric vehicle and not having a prior experience with an electronic vehicle I didn’t know that it charged extremely slowly, about one mile per hour using the charger provided. To use the vehicle reliably during the nearly three-week service period, we had to rely on third-party charging stations, resulting in approximately $300 in charging costs for five partial charges. Although Steven requested that we send him the receipts for reimbursement, we have not received a response or update to date. When we picked up our truck, most of the original concerns were noted as “unable to replicate,” and several issues reappeared on our dashboard within a week, including a “service safety restraint system” warning, which is especially concerning with a 1 and 2 year old in the car. Additionally, although the invoice indicated that an oil service had been completed, the vehicle still displayed 22% oil life upon return. Overall, this experience fell short of the level of service we have come to expect from Fields. Given the time and money invested over the years, and now being outside the original warranty (but covered under an extended GM warranty), we are considering having future service performed by another dealership and reassessing our relationship with Fields moving forward.

When it was time to trade in our XT6 on a newer model I decided to go back to Field’s Cadillac. Our salesman Jöel Stout was very helpful finding the right new Cadillac for us, and the entire transaction was as smooth and enjoyable as any car buying experience I have ever had. This dealership truly goes above and beyond to show they appreciate their customers. Be sure to plan enough time to be able to enjoy their customer diner. We had a great lunch before taking care of business and we look forward to going back. This is a quality dealer and they will take good care of you.
