I recently purchased a new Volvo from Fields Volvo Northfield and had an excellent experience. From start to finish, the process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. Carlos was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. The pricing was straightforward and fair, the negotiation was quick and painless, and there were no surprise fees or dealer add-ons. Even the finance office was refreshingly low-pressure, with none of the hard-sell tactics that often come with buying a car. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most positive car-buying experiences I've had. Fields Volvo Northfield and Carlos made buying a new car the way it should be - simple, transparent, and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Wanted to thank Steve for the service support on my Volvo. This is my 1st time ownership experience with the brand. And he made the experience exceptional. Helping identify the items my car needed and providing details on repair options to ensure everything is safe for the road. Will certainly keep bringing my car to him for all future service needs.

I bought my Volvo from Fields in Madison, WI (because they had a good selection of certified pre-owned all-electric Volvos at the time I was looking), but Fields in Northfield is where I get it serviced. (And I seriously *love* this car! It's an XC40 Recharge with *optional* one pedal driving, which gives me the option to learn how to drive with it on my own time. But this isn't about the car or Fields in Madison!) I had an issue with my charging cable in the middle of winter when charging is slow in general and I was frequently going to charging stations to top off even after charging overnight at home. But then the cable failed entirely. Wouldn't engage at all. "Plugged" in, but cranky yellow instead of happy green. ***PANIC*** (Okay, not panic, but definitely concern that my only charging option was charging stations. Great for fast charging, but expensive and with long lines because of winter.) I took it in to Volvo in Northfield as soon as I could. They have options for loaner vehicles (which I have not yet used), shuttles to and from home (which I have used, and they're great), dropping off and picking up, or just waiting in their well-lit and thoughtfully supplied waiting area (of which I have also partaken), so that part of the experience is stress-free! My service technician was Frankie, and I'm very thankful for the effort he put into rectifying that problem for me! He gave me options and did a lot of legwork to find the one that worked best for me, and now I no longer have to charge my car every night or go to a station because I can fully charge overnight!
