# Summary The dealership receives mixed feedback, with customers praising individual staff members for politeness and helpfulness but expressing serious concerns about service quality, transparency, and sales practices. Common complaints include undisclosed fees, damage during routine service without accountability, improper repairs, and aggressive sales tactics including trade-in undervaluation and selective credit reporting.
No Stars I am extremely disappointed with the condition my vehicle was returned in after service. I brought it in for new tires, but it was returned with noticeable scratches and rim damage that were not present before and now require professional repair. Within an hour of leaving, I was told I must have hit a curb and caused the damage. When I pushed back, the explanation shifted to “normal wear and tear,” which I strongly disagree with and felt was used to dismiss my concerns. In my experience, nothing meaningful was done to resolve the issue. There was no sincere apology, no accountability, and no real effort to make things right. Instead, inaccurate statements were made suggesting I was asking for a completely new set of rims (as stated by Brian Freeman), which is not true and feels like an attempt to misrepresent my complaint rather than address the actual damage. There was also a lack of meaningful management involvement, including from the General Manager, and I was largely left navigating back-and-forth exchanges, including through the BBB, without anyone fully taking ownership of the situation. The only offers made were a paint pen and a small service credit (tire rotation), which do not address the actual damage or provide a real resolution. I am also concerned that a “transitional fee” was added that was not disclosed upfront and only surfaced at the time of payment. Overall, I felt dismissed and rushed through the process. Three of my rims were damaged during what should have been a routine tire service costing approximately $1,269.86, and my vehicle was returned in worse condition than when it was dropped off. The lack of accountability and integrity throughout this experience has been very disappointing. Additionally, I did not receive my video proof of completion until after I had already left. Overall, this experience fell far below reasonable expectations for service quality and transparency. Updated on 5/22/2026 --- I had to get a second opinion on the alignment originally done at Fiesta Subaru on 5/13/2026 and it confirmed exactly what I suspected: the job wasn’t done properly. The initial alignment left multiple measurements uneven and out of spec, including camber and toe, which can lead to poor handling and uneven tire wear. After having it corrected elsewhere, everything was brought back within spec and properly balanced. DO NOT COME HERE PERIOD.
Polite, helpful, timely, thorough, but.... added misc. fees at checkout (e.g. shop fee for a 'diagnostic' where only a scanner is used. "Environmental fee"?) They wanted $700. for an engine oil flush. I declined and bought the Subaru flush for $40. Filter and oil another $50. It took me 1hr. per the instructions. Wow.
I took my car in for service, and to be fair yes I was interested in a new car so I checked out a slightly used '25. They initially offered me $10k for my trade in. Due to health issues I run big transactions by with my family. Upon learning that I was sending numbers to my son-in-law, wouldn't you believe it- my trade magically jumped up an astounding $5k (50%!). My son advised that not only could I get more than 15k at Carmax, but the car I was looking at was only 2K less than a brand new one. I advised that I wouldn't be purchasing anything today. I was then asked "can't you make any decisions on your own??" My issues here- 1. These sleazy salesman were perfectly content to severely undervalue my trade, taking advantage of an older person. When they saw that I'd be getting another opinion that trade jumped up quick. Do you think they would have passed the savings on once they put it up for sale? 2. Upon learning that I had people actually looking out for my best interests, I was belittled for trusting my family. If they were OK to undervalue a trade to a senior citizen and insult me for walking, what other underhanded tactics might they be willing to do?
My sales guy was Hunter and the sales manager was Torie. When I say amazing, that’s an understatement. I worked with them for a few days to find the right car, and I’m very happy with my purchase. They were able to get me an even better interest rate than my credit union and into a really nice car with all the features I wanted. Also Ernesto from the accounting/financial side was awesome too. If you go in I would strongly recommend working with those three, you won’t be disappointed.
I bought my used 2003 Subaru legacy, which runs great and judged right away for its exterior, so basically no trade in, when they said they were interested in. I arrive to the car lot and find Jerry and meet with him, discuss finances, and he pulls my credit report for Experian, which is the lowest at 639. My TransUnion and Equifax are both in the 750s. And they said they use the Experian because that’s what all their lenders and bankers use. Either these guys and their selling tactics have a god awful stench. Or Experian does. One or the other. Do not do business with these guys. They will try to use your weakest record against you to profit more money. Also, Jerry has been a car salesman for 9 years and didn’t know the answer as to why they only use Experian, so he had to go ask his boss.
