We had a fantastic experience with Amrita from start to finish. She was very responsive from the get go when we messaged to inquire about the vehicle we were interested in, and she stuck with us through the entire process. Amrita ensured the vehicle was on the lot and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. She was quick to show us all the controls and features (and on a nearly 18" screen there was a LOT lol) She allowed us extended time to test drive the car with our children, and then during the sale she was completely unphased by the antics of 3 boys aged 2-7 being little lunatics (I'm so sorry haha!), not making us feel bad or pressured at any moment. She ensured the vehicle was ready for us quickly so that we could stop driving a rental. We had 4 day turnound time INCLUDING the weekend, purchasing on a late Friday afternoon and able to pick it up by 5pm on Tuesday. That includes having the front windows tinted! When we got there for pick up, she helped us set up our phones and the OnStar services and went back over the very many controls with us. Showed us everything we needed to get on the road. Amrita was absolutely lovely to work with. She was professional but also personable and relatable and we appreciated that during such a large purchase. She never made us feel pressured to buy the vehicle at any point, simply asking how we liked it and what our thoughts were. She never rushed us into anything. It's been a long time since our family has had a vehicle we felt truly safe in, so this was a big deal purchase for us. A lot of research went into what we ultimately picked and at no point did she attempt to sway us towards more expensive models on the lot. We were helped through the financing process by Ian and he helped us build the warranty that was right for us. He was professional and friendly and he also didn't mind our 3 kids being noisy (it was a PD day so unfortunately they were all with us lol). On pick up day after signing the final paperwork he also came outside to congratulate us and talk about what a good looking car we picked. We agree - this Traverse is sexy as hell! Haha We were very happy with our entire experience at Finch Chevrolet. If we ever decide to buy another vehicle in the future, this will be the first place we go to look, whether new or used. Thank you Amrita and Ian for making this such a smooth experience for all of us. You were both kind and understanding with us and with our 3 boys, which meant a lot to us, since deciding on and purchasing a vehicle is already a stressful enough decision without 3 boys hanging off your legs. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I've dealt with some terrible dealerships in the past and this has been a night and day experience. I am confident that if anything ever goes wrong with our vehicle that Finch Chevy, Amrita, and Ian, will be with us all the way through the process.

From my very first inquiry to driving off the lot, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. There was absolutely zero pressure, which made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than stressful. Great experience at Finch! We just picked up our new Cadillac OPTIQ, and the whole process was actually a breeze. Huge thanks to Eric for being so awesome to deal with. Making the jump to an EV can be a bit overwhelming and a Cadillac making it more but Eric was patient and handled all our technical questions without any of the typical dealership "spin." He kept us updated throughout the wait and made sure everything was ready to go on delivery day. If you’re heading to Finch Cadillac, definitely look for Eric. He’s a total pro, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience stress-free. Now we just have to get used to the fact that we don't have to stop at gas stations anymore!
