Findlay Chevrolet Bullhead

About a year ago I stopped by the Chevy dealership in Bullhead off the Parkway just to look at cars and get an idea of what I might want in the future. At the time I wasn’t in a position to buy yet, but Jacob took the time to help me anyway. He was incredibly kind, answered all my questions, and gave me a lot of helpful information without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out is that Jacob stayed in touch over time. Every now and then he would check in, let me know about deals, and remind me that whenever I was ready he’d be happy to help. He didn’t come across like a typical car salesman, he was personable, genuine, and it felt more like talking to a friend who just wanted to help. Fast forward to now, and my wife and I ended up buying a 2026 Chevy Trax ACTIV, and we absolutely love it. Jacob and David both worked with us to get a great deal and made the entire process smooth and easy from start to finish. We’re really grateful for all their help and the great experience they provided. If you’re looking to buy a car, I definitely recommend asking for Jacob. Looking for a new vehicle, the dealership & service department were a big need. My experience with Findlay was exceptional. Went in to get an oil change and left with a new car! Alexis started chating with us about an suv we were looking at on the show room floor and things just took off from there. Alexis was very informative and patient with us and also Parker, Mike and Gauge were awsome as well they worked out a deal we were comfortable with and we got the car we really wanted! Buying a new car can be stressful… but my experience at Findlay was the complete opposite. Jonathan (Jon Jon) was fantastic to work with—easygoing, honest, respectful of my time, and didn’t drag the process out with unnecessary back-and-forth. He got me in, helped me find what I wanted, and kept everything moving. I was even able to go back to work while the finance team prepared everything, then came back after work and wrapped up the rest in about an hour. As someone with a busy schedule, I appreciated that more than they know! Mike C. took time to walk me through all the features, technology, and bells and whistles in my new car. There was so much to learn that I actually came back a second time for another tutorial, and he was just as patient and helpful. Never once did I feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. What really stood out is that Jon Jon still checks in to make sure I’m loving my new car. That kind of follow-up and genuine customer service is rare these days. From start to finish, this was hands down the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle at Findlay. Great people, great service, and they truly made the process easy.
