Not sure why everyone is giving negative reviews.? I purchased a used Gmc Sierra. The process was smooth and seamless. I worked with Brenden, he was/is super professional, personable, and transparent. A great salesman and a pleasure to deal with! I had an amazing experience working with Jacob in sales and the sales manager Rob. I was about to make a mistake in leasing a new vehicle through a dealership in the Toledo area and was literally on my way to sign and take delivery, when Jacob then Rob reached out. Rob fought for my business and committed to getting me a much better deal than the other dealership. He gave me terms which were MUCH more favorable. The other dealer got nasty about it and said there's no way Rob was able to get me the deal he said he could. I ended up giving Rob my info to run the credit app and get the transaction going while I was sitting at the other dealership. Rob was a man of his word and got me a payment MUCH lower for the same exact truck. Highly recommend doing business with Findlay CDJR over these other dealerships in the area. Jacob and Rob were fantastic and I'm grateful they fought to convince me to turn around and make the drive down to Findlay. 10/10 recommend

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The online price was accurate with no hidden fees, and everything was completed by phone and online before I arrived. I traveled from Philadelphia , and they even picked me up from the car rental company and filled the gas tank before I left. Huge thanks to Brenden and Keaton for making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this dealership!
