Findlay Chrysler Dodge Ram Post Falls

This review is long overdue. I purchase a new RAM 3500 from Findlay over 5 years ago. The purchasing experience was excellent! Since purchasing I have always had the truck serviced at Findlay. The service team is just as awesome as the sales team. I will continue servicing with them and if I ever decide to purchase a new truck Findlay will be my only stop. Thanks for the great customer service!!

I have purchased many vehicles from Findlay. Our recent was a 2025 Ram 3500 Laramie 2. The sales staff has always been very honest with us and very supportive if we ever had any issues. They never brushed us off or ghosted us. They were always ready to help without delay. When it comes to service I cannot express how greatful we are. Grant and his staff are amazing wish I could give more stars. FIndlay is a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful dealership, no one was pushy on anything. I had a plan of what I wanted to look at, never pushed me to go outside my budget. The salesman, Jacob was amazing. So nice and made me feel incredibly relaxed. Was a little bit of a wait due to many customers just to get the paperwork finalized, but they were great the whole time. Gave me a great trade in value, and found a part issue with the truck I was buying and automatically put in an order (obviously no charge to me). Sierra was amazing, also very transparent about finance and warranty options. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Absolutely recommend this place!

No dealer is perfect and the car buying experience can be(and usually is) long and drawn out. While it was long, there was no unnecessary drama or long waits. Alessandro was helpful from start to finish. If you are looking to buy a car, ask for Alessandro. It's only been a few days but I'm quite happy with my used Laramie.
