Findlay Nissan Henderson

After searching the Phoemix area for a new Nissan and having absolutely no luck I started looking at neighboring states and saw a couple of good deals online at Findlay Nissan in Henderson, Nevada. I reached out and spoke with Nate who was very polite, helpful, and professional over the phone and after discussing a couple of trucks on the lot I narrowed it down to a 2025 certified used Frontier. Last minute the next morning I decided to rent a car and drive almost 5 hours to see the truck and got ahold of Nate who put the truck to the side til I arrived. Once at the dealership Nate again was very polite, helpful, and professional and showed me the truck and got me a deal I was comfortable with. Having already been pre approved thru my credit union the entire process was quick, painless and simple and David in the finance department was great to work with as well. All in all my almost 5 hour unexpected/unplanned road trip was definitely worth it and I would 100% recommend Findaly Nissan to anyone that is shopping for a car or truck and ask for Nate (tell him Ken E. sent you). On a side note, Nate even followed me to the car rental place to drop off my rental and took me back to the dealership to drive back to Phoenix in my new Frontier which I absolutely love.

I had a great experience with Findlay Nissan! They recently replaced the engine on my car, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Jay was absolutely amazing very communicative, informative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. His level of customer service is exactly why I chose to go through this dealership instead of the one I originally purchased from. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely continue to have my vehicle serviced here and with Jay specifically. Highly recommend!

The associate who helped me find a CPO car was Leo Lopez. Young, relatively new at his job, but was willing to help and acoomplish what I wanted. He was helped by the sales manager Robert and both of them helped me decide on what car to choose. When I finally made the choice, the car did not meet my expectations when I drove it home so I went back to point out the little details that’s needed to make me satisfied. Which they did. Leo in particular was very accountable cuz he would respond to my texts and inquiries immediately. Robert promised to me too that the ones I pointed out will definitely be take cared of . Bottom line… I took home the car to my satisfaction. Leo took good care of me. He even went to the extent of making sure that the equity check due to me was available at that time I went to get the car. Nissan sure got efficient employees.

My experience at Nissan Henderson was superb. I came to the Henderson location with the intensions to have my 2022 Sentra recall fixed. Coincidentally, I happen to run into the same Nissan Representative that sold me my car in 2022 (Felix) at Planet Nissan, which is now at the Henderson location. I’ve been thinking about getting a Rogue for quite sometime. Then it happened! I got a 2026 Boulder Grey Rogue SV! I adore this car. I wish I could have left with a Rock Creek, but it’s ok.😆 Felix was amazing and I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a new vehicle. The rest of the staff was also friendly. From the staff that runs your credit (also Niner Fans 😃) to Finance to the miss that brought me to the showroom when Rogue was clean and ready for me! I wish I remembered all their names. Thank you again! Five stars from beginning to end!
