I had been contemplating buying a new car and was hesitant because I felt I would be overwhelmed with salespeople- the experience was quite the contrary and we were treated with respect and patience particularly by Johnathan Flores (salesman) - he had many options for us and ultimately we made our choice to purchase a new 2026 Subaru Ascent with panoramic sunroof!! We had such a great experience at Findlay Subaru and we love our Crosstrek! We worked with a great team consisting of Amy, Jim, Michael, and Pauly! Since we lived about 3 hours away, we did most of our communicating via text, email, and phone. They were friendly, professional, and patient! We were able to make everything work over the phone. Our salesperson, Michael, made it worth the trip to Findlay Subaru to pick up our new Crosstrek! We completed the sale working with Pauly in finance and he made it fun and painless. A great experience buying my Suburu Solterra. Rebecca was super helpful and patient with me to put me in the right vehicle. She went out of her way to make sure I made the best decision. The general manager agreed to let me take a used car home with me for a 24 hour period.. to try out.. I ended up purchasing a used Solterra which drives like a dream.. I have to say that all the Employees at Findlay Subaru Prescott are the nicest, kindest, most patient, group of people that I’ve ever worked with. I don’t know who does there hiring or how they keep the employees so happy and enjoyable to work with…this company must be very special because their employees certainly are! Not at anytime did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Starting with Rebecca McClure my first interaction was on the phone, me calling from Phoenix inquiring about a vehicle I saw on line. Rebecca was very patient answered all my questions over a two day period before I decided to make the 2 hour drive from Phoenix. Upon my arrival to the dealership, Rebecca was waiting for me. She showed me the vehicle that I thought I was interested in, which I hated. So I asked her what else she had in my price range and she showed me some vehicles on the computer at which time I picked out one and I asked her to show me. Well this went on on for several hours, and she had an appointment with another client coming in so she handed me over to Cameron Bristow at which time he mostly just watched me pace around deciding if I wanted to buy a vehicle. I was having a little mid life crisis, deciding between a sports car & a practical vehicle. All in all I purchased a vehicle which I love, not a sports car ha ha! On an added note, Pauly Meyers in finance was efficient, funny and pleasant to close at he deal with. This dealership, these employees, FIVE STARS! top of the line thank you One and All for your efficient, teamwork and service!

Keegan was very helpful, friendly and genuinely caring in helping me purchase my Crosstrek! He was not pushy or pressuring. I highly recommend him! He and Bobby worked with me on getting the best price and lowest payment. Findlay Subaru is a business of integrity.
