Overall, my girlfriend and I had a fantastic experience Fine Auto Zone Our salesperson and finance manager was Long. His low pressure and honest approach to finding us a quality used car within our budget was refreshing and appreciated. Within a week we had wrapped up the paperwork, found a finance company we were satisfied with, and were driving our new (used, but new to us lol) SUV home. He and his team (special shout out to Zain and his wife) all came together to ensure we were well looked after. Buying a used car can be a scary process, but I encourage anyone to give Fine Auto Zone a chance. Long, the finance manager, was amazing. He was so patient and really took the time to explain everything and find something that worked for us. It honestly made a stressful process feel a lot easier. Our sales associate Akram, was also great. He answered all of our questions and was easy to talk to, which we really appreciated. Overall, they went above and beyond for us, and we’re really thankful for the time and effort they put in.
