Man this is the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I bought a 2025 Ram 1500. The vehicle is awesome and the process was super easy and friendly and they didn’t have all of those dealer fees like some of these big city dealers, but the best part was my salesperson Charles “Chuck” Cory. He is just really down to earth and will shoot you straight and make the process as easy as possible. In a crazy world this was actually a refreshing experience! Oh and Chuck has a brand new baby and he’s the cutest. Ask him to show you a picture of “Charlie”. Thanks Finnegan and most of all thanks Chuck!!!!!

Finnegan is an amazing dealership to work with. I have had the pleasure of buying and selling several of my vehicles with them over the past few years. From their friendly and honesty customer service to their commitment to always making me always feel welcomed and never rushed, I always recommend all my friends and family members to check them out! With regards to their service center, it is one of the best in Houston, if not, THE best. When I bring my vehicle here to get serviced, I know that it will be done right and in a reasonable amount of time. I have had really poor experiences in the past with fly-by night service centers and chain stores. Never again will I ever put myself through the hassle of going anywhere else for service. The staff at Finnegan are very communicative and do a great job of always keeping me in the loop on how my vehicle is doing, especially when I have more work than normal being done on my vehicle. I would highly encourage anyone considering Finnegan for any of their services to check them out yourself. I am confident that you will be very impressed during your visit and that you will quickly become a life long customer, just like myself.

Alejandra in service was fantastic and helped resolve all my problems, in one day, when the competitor dealership (Gilman) told me it would take 2 days just to diagnose the problem!! Due to her efforts, Finnegan was able to diagnose, recommend urgently needed repairs / maintenance and do it all in one day, all while paying for my uber home & back to pick the car up! In short, exceptional service that you’d expect to see with a “luxury” brand but was just their normal behavior at Finnegan. I will be doing all my service and all my new car purchases with Finnegan. Shoddy, overpriced and dishonest service department! This service department screwed me over and left my vehicle in worst condition after they touched it. Anthony was the sales representative I dealt with, they serviced my 2017 Dodge Durango Gt after I brought it in for over 3 times. They first serviced my utility battery, then Start to stop sensor. While the pricing here is way overpriced I figured I have a dodge and can go to a trustworthy "dodge" service department. The final repair was my serpentine belt and immediately after I picked my truck up after getting it home I noticed an oil leak. I immediately called Anthony and discussed with him that the oil was leaking and the check engine light was on, he arranged for me to bring it in and stated that if the last repair had anything to do with the problem they would wave the diagnostic fee which they charge regardless $200, a rip off in my opinion. I left my truck over night he called the next day and proceeded to tell me in this somber fake voice of yeah we found the manifold is cracked, and have me some ridiculous price for repair. I explained to him that if all do an all points expection with the diagnostic they should see something right. After all the runaround i wa left with a leaking vehicle in my garage and no one would call me or talk to me in person. No integrity!
