Fiore Toyota

I went to Fiore looking for a RAV4. Bryce was my salesman. He was super friendly and very helpful. They had me in and out really quick with no issues. I will most definitely return to Fiore Toyota for future car purchases. Thank you Fiore crew!!

This gets 2 stars because Bryce was so sweet. However, management at this dealership is a joke. I went in wanting a specific vehicle from another dealership. They told me I would need to pay $1,000 for them to allocate it. They then told me that the said vehicle was no longer available and that they would find something similar. Showed me what they found, told me they will be in touch. I find out the next day that 1. It would be 4-6 months which had never at any point been disclosed to me and they knew I had limited time left on my rental and 2. The car that I originally wanted allocated, the same vehicle they told me had sold and was no longer available, was in fact not sold as I called that other dealership and the person on the phone informed me that she was physically looking at the vehicle at that vary moment. So I ended up having to drive 8hours round trip to do what Fiore Toyota promised me they would do, but never had any intentions on doing at all. They must’ve really wanted that 2025 rav4 on their lot gone bad enough to waste me time. Joke is on you though! I never settled for anything less than what I want. Lost a customer and I’ve been spreading the word on this overall horrendous experience with management specifically. Utilize honesty in the future and maybe you won’t lose out on a $50k sale next time 😘 Pictures of the vehicle I wanted, so I got it. Do better next time

I have dealt my last couple times in there with Clint Spohn, in the service department, he is very professional very kind , will answers all your questions takes him time and explaining things to you if you ask, I witnessed the other day a customer just given him some crap that was beyond his control. He was so kind to her and explained to her. Her appointment was at such a time. It takes multiple hours to get it done and she just was not having that answer, she was very rude with him which I thought was so unnecessary he kept his composure and was just very kind and explaining what was going on with her car and the agenda for the day. taking my car there I know it’ll get done whatever the issue is it’ll get done in the amount of time that they need to have to do it correctly and safely and it’s always a pleasure seeing and talking to him

I wanted to write a review regarding the service department yesterday at Fiore Toyota. We were treated with the utmost respect and felt so taken care of. A sincerely special thanks to Kevin and Tammy for their kindness, friendliness, and making us feel like family. They definitely bent over backwards for us. A rarity nowadays. Definitely recommend this service department. Other places should take notes and follow their example. Thanks again Kevin and Tammy!!

Bought a new car from here a couple years ago. I left them a 1* review and deleted it maybe last year due to how impossible it was to get in contact with service. In the review I asked the question I had and got a written reply within an hour, and deleted the review out of courtesy. Tried calling multiple today about an issue and this is now a permanent 1* review as you have a better chance of directly speaking to the president of the country than you do anyone here. Someone picked up and then put the phone back on the ringer. No answering machine, no hold, nothing. Horrible dealership. Do not buy from here. I’ll be buying a new model of the same car soon and I will travel out of my way for it to not be purchased here.
