Just wanted to take a moment to thank Firehouse Auto Sales, especially my new friend Flo, for helping me out in finding my dream car here in Texas. I moved from NY to Dallas in January to pursue my career as a PA in orthopedic trauma surgery and absolutely love it. When I recently found myself in some car trouble and was starting to look for another car, one of the surgeons recommended Flo and put me in contact with her. Since I have variable hours at the hospital, the concierge service they provide was so amazing. Flo and I spoke frequently and she got to know me, what I was looking for, and through just calls, FaceTimes and lots of pictures, she was able to find me a great deal on a car I’ve always wanted. While I was working, she even made sure to settle the license, registration, and full detailing and maintenance clearance. All I had to do was go for a test drive at the time she personally delivered the car to my apartment. My new best buddy Hank and I both are so happy with our new wheels and are having a lot of fun top-off drives together. I couldn’t be more grateful with how well this all worked out and believe things happen and people come into your life for a reason. Thanks again Flo!

She went to bat for me to get the best financing for my situation. 100% best experience buying a vehicle.

This people are the worst one of their employees crashed into me it was so hard getting their insurance info had to call the cops and turned out to be invalid for that Vehicle. So I had to repair my car on my own.They have NO INTEGRITY and if you want to do business with them good luck. On my way to but a new car, won’t be going here for sure.
