I have to say it was by far the best team I've ever dealt with. Andrew was real good, friendly knowledgeable and then the finance part of it and couldn't be happier not only did i feel i was getting a good deal after signing paper the finance guy Travis found a better deal on his own time after papers were signed and I left. He took the time to find me a better deal. Can't find people that passionate with their work anymore

I'll spare you the story of me getting the runaround in Michigan for approximately 8 days after I had a deposit on a car and was money ready and they wouldn't honor a deal... I called firelands and within 12 minutes we had a deal done a everything I asked for was handled professionally. They sent me a bill of sale and there were no gimmicks. Truly one of the best dealerships I’ve worked with. From Nahj and the sales staff being extremely helpful with setting up an appointment, and calling me back when I forgot my water bottle. To Travis in finance dept being awesome. Still in shock that they called me back almost a week later saying they got me a better deal, followed by promptly sending me the documents to update my rate and payment. Service department was fantastic, Lizzy took such great care of me! My car was in an accident and I am from out of state. I needed to know it was safe to drive home. I needed to know ASAP. Lizzy said the car would be looked at as soon as it could be towed there and it was. They had it inspected and got me back on the road extremely quickly. It was the best thing that had happened that day. I am so appreciative as is my family that was going to have to figure out how to get me and my stuff home.
