First American Auto Leasing

Been having no trouble going through with first American till I got a phone call from Sheila. Couldn't have had a worst person to speak on the phone with. My fiance and I went in on the 7th and traded in our car for another. And got our payments swapped over and didnt have another payment due till mid april. Then I have Sheila telling me im wrong and that it didnt happen when she wasnt even in or around the office when said deals were happening. Gotta love people trying to pull power trips and thinking they are better than the people they talk to on the phones. Rich was amazing to work with and he was kind. Sheila has been horrible both times myself and my fiance have dealt with her. Im surprised she even still has a job with this company after how she treats their customers. Again. Leasing with this company for over 2 years and only been a couple days late on 1 payment. Other than that, we have always been on time. Again love going through them for the payments but wont be here much longer with her ignorance being on the other side. Sad how 1 person can end up ruining it for an entire company. Again I'll say it loud and proud. SHEILA SHOULD NOT BE WORKING HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE PERSON TO SPEAK WITH, CUTS PEOPLE OFF IF THEY DONT RESPOND WITH HER CORRECT ANSWERS.🤙

Go anywhere but here! If I could give negative stars I would. They sent me a 10 day pay off in February. I have made additional payments since then. Now I am getting a new 10 day payoff and the amounts are exactly the same. I'll also add that my contact end was in December. My payments are auto pay and have been paid. I am having to retain an attorney at this point.

Never paid $4000 to get a car fixed up and then they tow it with no contact until now 10/10 don’t recommend. To make it even better the guy that towed the car broke the emergency break under the car and slammed it in my back door bending the door and stated that it was wrapped on my tire after just getting new tires the previous day.

-5 stars.Took 2 car payments out of my account in the same week. One payment was taken out of my account right after I had sent an email stating that I paid my car payment, and they didnt believe me, so I had to show proof. I was told it was all taken care of. Nope it wasnt. They took a second payment out, then they wanted me to use my gas money to drive to Lansing to get a check because they couldnt put the money back into my account. In the mean time my account has been overdrawn charging me $42.00 every item being withdrawn because i had insufficient funds. They promised to send a paper check via overnight. Well guess what that didnt happen either. Now i owe my bank 100s of dollars i dont have. This place us a joke.

van is garbage they knew about timing chain issues and warranty company wants to argue about it. Put 900 already into and it’s still trash so now they can have it and just re lease it out to someone else i just bought a brand new car off of vroom for the same as what im paying for a 10 year old car
