# Summary The dealership receives highly polarized feedback, with multiple customers praising specific salespeople—particularly Owen—for their professionalism, patience, and genuine customer care throughout the sales process. However, other customers report serious concerns including service failures (incomplete work and engine oil damage), unresponsive management, communication breakdowns between the dealership and financing companies, and alleged bait-and-switch pricing tactics on lease agreements.
Owen sold me my car and I can honestly say he’s the BEST one there. no question. From start to finish, he made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. He took the time to explain everything, made sure I got the best deal possible, and never once made me feel pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and not just making a sale. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, trustworthy, and will really look out for you, ask for Owen. You won’t regret it!
I recently purchased a car for my son and overall had a positive experience with this dealership. There were a few challenges early on during the financing process, but the sales manager Wayne and the sales team stepped in quickly and handled everything professionally. They made sure we had the correct paperwork for our bank, including the purchase and sale agreement, and kept the process moving smoothly. They also took care of the registration and made everything as easy as possible on our end. What I appreciated most was their communication because they stayed in touch with both my son and me throughout the entire process and made sure everything was taken care of. In the end, everything worked out and my son is very happy with his first new car. Thank you to Wayne and the team for making it right.
I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and requested a tire rotation, including rotating the 5th wheel (which is standard for a Jeep). I was told this would be no problem and would take about an hour. My appointment was at 3:30 PM on a Friday. At 5:09 PM, I received a voicemail saying my Jeep was ready—but the dealership was now closed and I could pick it up Saturday. That was not acceptable, as I work Saturdays. When I called back, I was told I was “lucky” someone was still there, but he was leaving at 5:30. I told them not to leave because I was on my way. When I arrived, I was informed they forgot to rotate the 5th wheel. They said they wouldn’t charge me for the rotation. Fine. I drove home and noticed some smoke from the engine. I assumed maybe a small amount of oil had spilled. The next morning, I used my remote start and by the time I got outside, my Jeep was smoking heavily and oil was pouring out from underneath. When I opened the hood, oil was all over the engine, and there was a large puddle of oil in my driveway. This was not a minor spill—it was a serious and dangerous mistake. I called the dealership before they opened and left an urgent voicemail. I called again after they opened. I then called six more times throughout the day. I never reached a live person—only the operator at the Hyundai dealership next door, who could only transfer me to voicemail. I never received a single callback. Because I was at work, I had two other people calling on my behalf all day trying to reach anyone. None of us were able to speak to someone directly. I was left without my vehicle and had to borrow a car to get to work on Saturday and Sunday. As of today, this issue is still unresolved. I am now forced to go to the dealership again, using a borrowed vehicle, just to try to get answers and have this situation addressed. This is my second brand-new Jeep purchased from this dealership. This level of care, communication, and accountability is completely unacceptable.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience working with Owen Mercier at First Jeep Ram in Attleboro. Owen was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped find the perfect vehicle for my needs. What I appreciated most was that he worked with me to make sure the payment was affordable and fit comfortably within my budget. There was no pressure—just genuine help and guidance. Owen also kept his word on everything. The car was ready exactly when he promised, it was spotless, and even had a full tank of gas—something I honestly haven’t experienced at other dealerships with other salespeople. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, honest, and truly cares about the customer experience, I highly recommend asking for Owen. He made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you again!
Absolutely a disgusting unprofessional group of businessman. March 30, 2026 I lease a vehicle through first Chrysler. The parts counter told me that Jeep Nord Mopar makes all weather mats for the truck and if I want All weather mats, I have to go to a third-party. I thought this did not make sense so I got the store manager involved. The store manager as well told me that this is true. I did my own research and found out Mopar and Jeep does make all weather mats. I let them know about it. How can you be a dealership that Sells jeeps, but Know any product information about them. Throughout 60 days or so I called every single week to Chrysler and Stellantis to receive some documentation about how and where to make My monthly payment payments. First Chrysler tells me they sent all the documentation over to Stellantis and that I need to deal with them. Stellantis says they never received anything and I need to deal with the dealership. Come 60 days later I get a phone call from first Chrysler telling me I am two months behind on my payments and that I owe them two months of payments. That’s impossible because first Chrysler and Stellantis both told me that I cannot be late on payments because Stellantis can’t send me a bill because there is no account to Bill. First Chrysler is the epitome of old school sleazy Car Salesman. When I originally called the dealership, I called and asked about lease options. They told me that this vehicle generally leases out at approximately $650 a month I said OK. I came in on the $650 a month and as a smart person, I knew this would fluctuate a little. When I get there they tell me it’s now $850 a month. Typical sleazy Salesman BS. No I did not agree to the 850 a month. Do not spend your money at this dealership. Do not bring it in for service. Stay far away from this Dealer.
