First Marshall Auto Auction

I bought a 14 Nissan for 3k from them and its a whole year later this month and it's still running really good, with proper maintenance (oil changes, tuneup, tire rotations etc.) They have good cars but just remember you get what you pay for so if you walk in there with $800 to get a car don't be surprised at the end results. I wish they would change the way they sell the cars. The auction takes too long and they don't let you start your check out Process until everyone in the room has decided on a vehicle For example if it's 45 people in the room, you have to wait in line that part sucks!!! I wish we could just walk in and see the car we want and purchase it, not have to wait on 70 people to make a decision because some end up not even purchasing a car.. So if you don't have time to wait around, don't come Because they will not let you check out until everyone is finished 😫 UPDATE 2/20/2026...... RECENT PICTURE ADDED! YESS IT'S STILL RUNNING and RELIABLE Its been another year I guess I got Lucky 🍀

this company seems shady. looking at the reviews, all the positive reviews seem fake, and the negative ones seem to be nightmares. as I'm looking on their website, they put improper VIN numbers so you can't check the Carfax of their vehicles. I tried multiple car report websites, and they all come back saying invalid VIN for 99% of this company's inventory. very suspicious practice. when calling to ask more about certain vehicles, they told me that all the vehicles are repossessed. common sense will tell you that a 15-20 year old vehicle is not repossessed and more likely reported as damaged/salvaged. but there's no way of knowing since they provide minimal information and fake VINs so you can't look them up. find a place that will not be shady like that. they're obviously hiding something.

I noticed that all the positive reviews share similar patterns in their naming conventions---if you pay attention to their names. Which makes me question their authenticity. The reviews can't possibly be real. Not when the bad reviews are all coming from different backgrounds. I was going to go there tomorrow but, thank God I pay attention...

total scam, 1800 hidden charges, i walked into the auction and was rushed by a salesman who asked me what car i wanted. I told him he said there was two bids on the car, but no one was bidding, he lied the car never even drove through the auction, i never got to see the car, i told the sales man that i wanted to see the car, he said that all their vehicles run great he said everybody likes that car , he said put a down payment and we could see it after the auction, so like a uneducated fool i am i did , after the auction they told me to come back tomorrow because their wasnt 1800 in hidden charges i was aware of, they only except cash, i came back the next the the started the car the engine was knocking loud and oil was spraying out of the exhaust i refused to buy it, they told me to come back next Tuesday, they would sell me any car in their lot at their listed sales price, i came back next Tuesday and choose two cars i was interested in buying they they increased the listed sale price by 3x the listed sale price was 3500 he made me pay 5000 for the car that he said had 45000 miles the listed vehicle on their web site said the car had 45000 miles my sales receipt says the car had 45000 miles but the button on the car didn't work so i could not view the millage again the guy assured me all their vehicles mileage was correct i liked the cart it sounded good they had 1000 of mine was not going to get back so i bought the car i got the mil meter to work the car has 191,000 miles on it , they have been reported to the better business burial , multiple times its a shame because they have the capability to be a good business but they choose to deceive people and follow bad practices their first law suits will be a slap on the hand until the judges gavel comes down and a few of them will be thrown in jail and they will lose a good business you cant cover your tracks when your burning rubber all over town my lawyer is going to press charges for mail practice and fraud and malpractice

SCAM ALERT – AVOID THIS PLACE! My father purchased a car from this auction on February 3, 2025, and it was a complete scam. The car they advertised was NOT the car he received. They required a $700 deposit and made him pay the full amount before even seeing the vehicle. After taking his money, they claimed they were closing and refused to show him the car until Monday. When he finally saw the vehicle, it was nothing like the one advertised—it had been in multiple accidents, was poorly repaired, and doesn’t even drive. In fact, it’s still sitting on their lot because it won’t run! On top of that, we found bank statements and checks from the previous owner inside the car, proving their complete lack of professionalism. When he asked for another car, they refused and basically left him with a lemon. To make things even worse, this business is clearly using fake bot accounts to flood their page with fake positive reviews. Don’t be fooled by their fake ratings—this place is a scam. 🚨 STAY FAR AWAY! 🚨
