20/10 would recommend! It was such a great experience from start to finish. We just purchased a 2008 Toyota Alphard from these guys and we LOVE IT. From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, and very easy to talk to. They were incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory and took the time to walk us through the details of the van, answer all of our questions (and we had a lot), and explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Another thing that stood out was their patience and transparency. Buying an imported vehicle can feel intimidating, but they made the whole process smooth and straightforward. They were very upfront about everything, helped us understand the features and condition, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. They also delivered it to us in Kelowna the next day! My husband and I were searching for our first family vehicle, and working with Deep was a fantastic experience. He gave us plenty of time to look at all the cars without any pressure to buy. We did a pre-purchase inspection, in addition to the checks he’d already completed with the ICBC import process, and everything came back completely clear.
