Mark was amazing! I called around to everyone to get a estimate for my cars repair and every other place told me it’s months out ! NOT MARK!! Mark told me to come the next day and he got it through insurance and got my car in for repairs so quick, my car looks good as new! Absolutely the best service I have ever had ! THANK YOU MARK!! I will always come here for my repairs !!

All I Can say is First State Chevy is Awesome!!⁰ Ive been car shopping for a couple weeks when I found a beautiful Honda Civic Hatchback Sport. I talked to Jules and decided to give it a shot. So I went in and Devlin ( great young salesman) worked with me, dont the test drive and i fell in love with the Honda. So started working with finance and by the next day I was taking my baby home!! I had a great experience with Jake. I was pretty indecisive about what I wanted, and he was never pushy. He gave me the space to make my own decision and was always there to answer any questions I had. I absolutely hate the car-buying process, but he made it an easy and less stressful experience.

I scheduled my service appointment due to an alert on my instrument panel concerning needing an oil change and a change engine air filter comments. The service writer commented that the air filter change most likely was not urgent considering the few miles, 12,343 miles, On my 2021 Corvette. Considering that a fresh engine air filter is $80 and with the required labor would result in a $200+ charge for a calendar change item. I requested a visual inspection an to pass on this effort. My oil change was completed in a reasonable time and cost less due to points earned from services completed before with First State Chevrolet. I am requesting how to eliminate the change engine air filter prompt from showing on my instrument panel upon start up. If that can be explained, I would appreciate it.

The staff is friendly, fair, and equitable. Hadn’t planned on buying that day. Update: Don’t expect ANY follow up or service help. Don’t expect a callback from the general manager. Don’t expect service technician to take notes on your issues. Don’t expect the salesperson to call when your tags are in. Expect no day 2 service. Besides that, the purchase went great.
