This is our third new car from first team, and as you can see our newest addition is a 2026 forester hybrid limited model. Our first hybrid vehicle and I’m sure we’ll love the savings. Keith Fulton who has been with first team seems like forever. Awesome guy…!!! I know people say they treated us like family cliché, but they actually do here as far as us being the customer. Everyone from the greeter’s to management and finance. We were treated like family. We will continue to buy or lease from first team Subaru on Virginia beach blvd in Norfolk Virginia. LOVE their FOREVER PROGRAM….that we think it’s an awesome deal that was one main reason we bought here...!! Cannot speak highly enough of the team of people at First Team Subaru Norfolk! We bought our first Subaru (Outback) from them a few years back and have been hooked ever since! Hubby bought his Subaru (Ascent) from there next and when someone decided to play bumper cars with my Outback causing it to be totaled, First Team was the only place I wanted to go to get my next Subaru. The team of Robbie and Keith were unbelievably helpful. So patient and willing to put up with all our craziness! They pulled several cars for us to look at, never once minding if we asked to look again/more. Getting us into the right car was their only priority! Then the finance team and manager, working with us till we got money in place. Ken you were amazing at informing us of everything payment wise and getting us all set. Robbie and Keith were so kind and knowledgeable. SO HAPPY with our purchase of our 3rd Subaru (Forester) and would not think of shopping anywhere else. THANK YOU FIRST TEAM! This is our second time purchasing from First Team Subaru, and at this point, it’s the consistency that stands out. We originally bought a vehicle back in 2020 from this dealership and had such a solid experience that we came back expecting the same level of service—and it beyond met our expectations. We spent time test driving the 2026 models of the Forester, Outback, and Crosstrek with Styles, who was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and gave us the space to figure out what actually felt right (which isn’t always the case at dealerships). After a full week of going back and forth—and yes, asking ourselves if we were “Forester people”—we made our decision and returned ready to move forward. Alijah guided us through the process in a way that felt straightforward and pressure-free, Sade made the financing side clear and efficient, and Mike helped bring everything together seamlessly. They even stayed past closing to make sure we were able to leave with the vehicle that night, which we genuinely appreciated. It was a quick process too - under 2 hours from start to finish. One thing that stood out— they were able to secure financing that beat the rate I had already lined up through my credit union. That told me they were actually working with us, not just processing a sale. At the end of the day, I value consistency, transparency, and being given the space to make a well-informed decision—and this team delivered on all three. Karen took care of everything for us in a professional manner. Our whole buying process was really smooth and I really loved that First Team delivered the car to me as I live almost two hours away! I bought a Subaru Crosstrek Sport and I just love it. First Team had a good selection of cars that were well priced. Overall Karen and the First Team staff definitely earned five stars for communication, service, and efficiency.
