The $2,000 safety cost might seem high at first glance, but considering vehicle category, parts, and shop labour rates, it’s reasonable. Overall, a smooth experience and solid service from start to finish.

BUYERS SHOULD BUY !!!! I usually don’t write reviews but I felt like I should because my experience was honestly good. From the start I was treated respectfully. No one jumped on me or pressured me the second I walked in, which I appreciated. The staff were respectful and didn’t pressure me, which I appreciated. I had time to look at the car properly and ask questions, and everything was explained clearly. The car was clean and exactly what I expected. The paperwork process was straightforward and not as stressful as I thought it would be. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’m happy with my purchase so far :)

Bought a 2013 BMW 535xi (as-is). Caleb was willing to negotiate the price and made the purchase process easy. The vehicle was just as described and as shown in pictures. I drove it back home across the country and have had it for several weeks now. Very pleased with the purchase and will be happy to consider First Gear for future vehicle purchases.

If i could put 0 stars i would. My brother purchased a car from this dealership, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. Almost immediately after purchase, the car began having issues that made it unreliable and unsafe to drive. When we contacted the dealership to address the problems, they refused to take accountability or offer a meaningful solution. We were essentially left stuck with a car that does not function as promised. I could say it feels like they were aware the vehicle had significant problems before selling it and chose not to be upfront. The lack of transparency and responsibility is extremely concerning. Strongly advise anyone considering buying a car here to be very cautious, get an independent inspection!!!
