Thank-You Fish Creek Nissan 🤗. My old Faithful Honda CRV had terminal engine failure, and I needed to find a newer vehicle. After visiting 5 other dealerships and test driving 5 other potential replacements; a Friend of mine brought me to Fish Creek Nissan. He introduced me to hospitable Mike Brown - General Manager, who directed Roshan Paudel - Sales Consultant to look after us. Roshan was extremely knowledgeable, professional in his information delivery and truly delightful to communicate with. After explaining my needs and budget and discussing possibilities, he suggested a 2021 🚘 Red Nissan Rogue. I test drove it, and immediately fell in love with it. We were then directed to Caleb Mohamed - Finance Manager who offered and explained financing options that would work for me. Within a few days I was driving away with a fully serviced and equipped, beautiful, new to me vehicle which I am extremely Happy with. The ideal buying experience. From start to finish it was nice feeling valued as a customer with my interests in mind. Though the usual back and forth is a necessary evil for car sales, the visits were met with accommodating and friendly staff, with thorough and informative conversations. On the day of pickup, I was able to learn about the features of my vehicle- lessening the homework to learn from the manual and the internet on my own, leaving me feeling reassured that the support for my new ride is there. Recently bought a pre owned Rogue at Fish Creek Nissan. Ali exceeded my expectations from start to finish and 5 stars are not enough for his service. Great first experience in the service department. Nicolas was a great advisor to deal with, recommended all the needed services to keep our Nissan running smooth. Not pushy at all! I had the pleasure of working with Kareem in the used car department while purchasing a second-generation Sequoia. I’m not a car salesman, but I do have years of experience buying and selling vehicles for personal use and flipping, so I’ve dealt with many salespeople over the years. Kareem was genuinely great to work with. The vehicle needed a few repairs, and he made sure everything would be addressed either before or after the sale (with some parts on back order). He also managed to negotiate roughly $4,000 off the listed price, which honestly surprised me.
