We had a WONDERFUL experience. We were assisted by Bobby Lee, who was down to Earth, knowledgeable, & so helpful. I had an idea of the perfect car, and he found it for us! We left with a Chevy Trax and it was everything we hoped it would be. The accounting managers were able to tell us our options and even helped us with lowering the APR we were paying on our previous car too. Fantastic. She realized a mistake (that we didn't) and was able to save us more $ too! It was a wonderful experience, a pleasant atmosphere, and we will be going back when it's time to trade in our next car!

We had a great experience working with Xavier (saleman), their sales manager and finance manager when we went in yesterday in our early search for our next vehicle. They all understood where we were in the buying process and knew we were still in the early/exploratory phases. Very friendly service encountered with the rep sitting at the intake Service Repair desk on Feb. 28, 2026. Answered all my question. He did a fantastic job of explaining my Chevy Trax's issues very well. So well, that I was able to easily explain the service provided to my wife and two sons when I got home. The service desk gentleman is appreciated for his excellent customer service.
