I’ve never had any issues here before. I’ve always come here strictly for oil changes and nothing more. Unfortunately, today was a different experience. One of the five lug nuts on my wheel was only partially tightened because the threads were damaged about halfway down. It was essentially just sitting in place while I waited for a replacement. Instead of leaving it alone, the technician attempted to “help” by tightening it, which ended up causing more damage. Now, instead of simply replacing a lug nut, I also need to replace the wheel stud. I know this based on the service video that was sent to me. The main reason I’m writing this review, however, is due to my interaction at the front desk. After watching the video, I went to speak with Mark Defibaugh about the situation. Rather than listening to my concerns, he dismissed what I was saying and told me he has been doing this for years and knows about it. I understand he may have more years of experience than I do, but that does not mean I lack knowledge or the ability to recognize and diagnose an issue. My perspective should not have been dismissed simply because of his tenure. Customer concerns should be heard and addressed respectfully. I am currently waiting on a call back from the manager to discuss both issues and hopefully reach a resolution. If not, I will use the remaining oil change in the service package I purchased and take my business elsewhere.

Should 4 brand new tires, installed yesterday afternoon, look like this? I spent over half-an hour this morning cleaning them and removing, from both the tires AND the wheel covers, whatever white sealant they felt necessary to use to install them. Should it take installation and an alignment more than 3 hours to accomplish? Not previously in my lifetime! It might have been even longer had I not inquired what was taking so long at the service desk! This is the "Fitz Way?" Service is your primary profit center, is it not, Fitzgerald? Your pricing on this transaction was very good but do better on deployment, please. EDIT: I previously whined about the mounting/balancing charge not being proactively disclosed. I was wrong, and I sincerely apologize.

Scott T helped my husband and I buy our truck last month. We could tell Scott was very passionate about his job and about ensuring we had top tier customer service. We were really impressed when he followed up with us a month after our purchase to make sure we were happy with our truck. Despite buying the truck used, it runs and drives like it were new.
