I steered clear of dealerships for quite some time due to the environment being unfriendly and pushy typically. My experience buying at Fitzgerald was the complete opposite! I felt no pressure from start to finish and the whole entire process was only a couple of hours. Spiro, my salesman was friendly and made the buying experience as easy as it could be. I would recommend this dealership if you’re ever in the market.

This was such a wonderful dealership! From start to finish everything was smooth! I called to make sure the vehicle was still on lot and said I was on my way to check it out & by the time I got there they had it ready for me to test! I needed a new auxiliary battery for my Wrangler and initially called a different Jeep dealer in the area to schedule an appointment and get a ballpark price range. Bad vibes (typical for a car dealer), so my second call was to Fitzgerald. Alexa was awesome — candid, professional, genuine, and did not sugarcoat things when there was more wrong than I had initially anticipated. She told me every possible option I had and what they could mean in the long run. She cared. It was like she read every 1 star review she could find and learned from everyone else’s mistakes. Additionally, while waiting for my Jeep, I took a look around the showroom. A salesperson came up to me and asked if I needed help, and I told him I was just looking and waiting for my Jeep and that I was waiting until 2028 to buy when the new Wrangler body came out. We wound up having a great conversation about all things Wrangler related and how I hated that it’s no longer an option to get them without the electric locks and windows. I did not get his name, but I know he has a YJ at home that needs a lot of work. I would love his name so I can come find him in 2028 to buy my next one! I will undoubtedly make this my Jeep “home base” for buying and repairing my Jeeps. I’ve owned 7 vehicles (the last 3 all being Jeeps) in the past 24 years, and this was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership.

I had found a vehicle I was interested in after looking for months. I was very excited to move forward. I contacted the dealership several times. I let them know that I was interested in moving forward with this vehicle, but due to me not having a vehicle I wouldn’t make it until Saturday when someone else could take me, but that I was willing and ready to do anything else I needed to do to claim that vehicle before Saturday they never contacted me. In two days of me bothering them about this truck they said nothing else others then come on in! I had called emailed and texted them back that it wasn’t possible to get there but I wanted to move forward anyways. They waited until they sold the vehicle to contact me again. Customer care is not their motive I’m pretty hurt after searching for the perfect vehicle for me for over three months I thought I finally found it. You’d think in the age of the internet I could buy a vehicle without needing to meet with some salesman.
