I recently bought a beautifully maintained 2005 Ford Thunderbird form Fitzgerald Ford. When I first called to find out a bit more about the I was connected Diane Summer. Diane was very attentive and after just a few minutes I felt like this was NOT your typical used car salesman. Diane answered all my questions and very quickly got back to me on some follow up questions. One complication I didn't mention was that I was 600 miles away. In less than 2 days I had all the information I had requested and more. Diane was very thorough and was on top of every detail. The next day I asked for their best price out the door, and within an hour we had a deal. Then came all the paperwork, and payment details. The Finance manager and Sales manager were also very efficient, quick to respond to any questions I had and literally walked through the entire process. I have never bought a car sight unseen, yet I felt confident that this was going to be one of the best purchases of my life. I was not wrong. I can not state this strongly enough; this is a Dealership you can trust, and especially if you deal with Diane. The level of service, attention to details, knowledge of the process, professionalism and good old Southern charm are unsurpassed at Fitzgerald Ford.
