Out of all the communication I rec'd from Toyota dealers in a 100 mile zone, The team at Fitzgerald Toyota Chambersburg were the most professional and friendly. Kala kept me updated on inventory and answered questions quickly. A few days later, Hollie took over on site and we test drove a RAV 4, and put a down payment down for a vehicle on its way to PA. I have nothing but good to say about this team! The team quickly turned the vehicle around upon arrival and we drove it off the lot in under two hours. Took delivery last week of a new 2026 Toyota Rav 4 Limited. My salesman was Chance Marsden. He was great, kept me informed of the status of the delivery date, explained all the options and accessories and ensured I was comfortable with the sale. The new Rav 4 is an amazing car, is quieter and rides better than my 2024 Rav 4 that I traded. Overall a great buying experience, no high pressure and very professional staff.

Absolutely the best dealer around. The top notch sales associate Rick (if you go ask for him you wont be disappointed) worked with me for quite a while to get me into a car I absolutely love. The sales manger Vincent made the purchasing the car quick, easy and painless. The service and parts guys were fantastic on helping me order some cosmetic upgrades that they were able to get me the very next day. I really wish I was able to give more stars as they deserve for going above and beyond on all aspects.
