This dealership is as honest and easy to work with as can possibly be. From start to finish Mark Fitzpatrick made everything as transparent as can be. This place reminds me of what businesses used to be, they not only care about their customers, they genuinely want to give you the best deal possible. I am a very direct person and I wanted a very specific new Ram. Mark took all the information and told me he will work an amazing deal for me and get me everything I want on the vehicle for the absolute best price guaranteed. Mark more than delivered, this guy quite literally worked his butt off to get me the vehicle I absolutely love and I had been shopping around for awhile so I knew exactly what I could already get and Mark had the best deal from the jump. He gave me the best deal on my trade in and I gotta say the whole experience was incredible. If you are looking for a new Ram, Jeep or anything used go down to this dealership and I will bet anything your experience will be just like mine. I went for my first oil change on my 2025 Jeep Wrangler. The buying experience here was fantastic so I figured I'd try the service. It was FANTASTIC! Oil change and tire rotation and I was in and out in under 40 min! Super easy and great service. Just pull up to the garage door, honk your horn and they take care of the rest! They had snacks while I waited too! Kudos to Fitzpatrick's. I'll definitely be back.

I have had great success when utilizing Fitzpatrick’s Jeep Dodge Ram for the second time in 4 years. I am a lease customer and Mark makes the process as painless as possible. Handling a good part of the communication via email and communicating effectively all while offering extremely competitive options. They listen to the needs of the customer and frequently think outside of the box when looking to help the customer. I cannot say enough to express my complete satisfaction with leasing through the dealership. Mark is a pleasure to deal with and I always know I will walk out with a new vehicle and a smile.

This has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I've ever had. My vehicle has been in for service multiple times, and the issue still has not been fixed. Instead of standing behind their product and taking my concerns seriously, I was met with disrespect and poor customer service. To make matters worse, they refused to provide a loaner vehicle while my car was being worked on, leaving me without reliable transportation. Communication has been poor, and I feel like I'm constantly being brushed aside rather than helped. At this point, I am seriously considering pursuing my rights under the Connecticut Lemon Law because the vehicle continues to have unresolved problems despite repeated repair attempts. I expected much better from a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram dealership. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
