Just purchased my new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ and couldn’t be happier. The whole process was smooth, stress free, and the staff treated me great from start to finish. The truck rides amazing and looks even better in person. Definitely a 5 star experience all around!

While on vacation, leaving from Florida to Pa, I had major engine issues with our car that was a couple years old. We had it towed to Five Star Chevrolet. When I met our advisor,Jonathan, he assured me that everything will be fixed 100% and I had nothing to worry about. I rented a car to get home and Jonathan kept me posted every step of the way. When the job was almost completed. They found something else and fixed everything with no issues. The car was still under warranty. They did a good job knowing I still had to pick my vehicle up and drive back home. It was a great team effort with awesome communication. This dealership does what right for the customer. The vehicle was also fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend Five Star. The other employees I met were very friendly and helpful.

My car was struggling to start. I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment because I thought it was the fly wheel. The appointment was scheduled for Friday. Friday morning my car wouldn’t start but I had it towed in time for my appointment. My car was not touched until the following Tuesday. Meaning they didn’t even attempt to diagnose it until then. I didn’t get an official diagnosis until Wednesday. I was told they were reaching out to my warranty company to have it clear. Per the warranty company they were contacted until late Thursday. I get a call late Friday saying it was ready. Saturday morning around 8 I picked it up, got it home, it wouldn’t start again. I called back immediately and was instructed to “see how it drives” and then bring it in Monday. Monday comes and I find out they never checked the fly wheel like I suggested. Apparently I am just a girl so what do I know? They eventually confirm I was right. My car stayed with they until Friday. When I got it home this past Friday the check engine light came on and something was leaking from the bottom. An important note, I paid $500 for a rental the first week when I didn’t have to. If they had diagnosed and entered the claim on the day I had my appointment, it would’ve saved me. Because of this “service” department I have sworn off Chevy. I will not purchase another. I went this weekend and traded it in for a Honda. The service manager and adviser seemed to not care at all that their lack of motivation costed their customer hundreds while they asked more from the warranty company for a cost of labor increase. Do not use this place is you value your sanity.
