Five Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Albany

This was my first purchase from Five Star Albany and they were great! I did the entire deal over the Internet, and really recommend this method, as it took only a few emails back and forth to get everything completed. I worked with the Internet Manger Richard, the GSM Greg, and the GM Brandon - all were fantastic. They even arranged to have the truck delivered to my house and picked up my trade-in. The driver that delivers my car (Mark) was very polite and even after the purchase Marian contacted me several times to ensure all was going well and to ensure I didn't need anything. This is how the car buying experience should be!

I came all the way from Tallahassee to get my new Jeep. I dont usually go inside businesses and I try to avoid having to interact with people, I let my husband do all that. But obviously I had to be there for this. RJ made me feel right at home and my anxiety about the whole situation went away. Everyone was so friendly even tho they had to stay a little late for us. Definitely worth the drive up here. Better than any customer service you will find in Tallahassee and 1000 times better than Werner Hyundai.

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dawn made me feel like family from the very beginning and genuinely took care of me every step of the way. There honestly aren’t enough positive things I could say about her. I’m also so grateful for Justin. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
